We continually monitor the Royal Mail delivery times on samples sent to us using FREEPOST. This system generally works very well,
although we recognise that there are some areas that experience slightly longer delays than others. If you have
experienced delays and / or need results promptly, we suggest that you send your samples by Special Delivery™
which will ensure a tracked next day delivery to our sequencing labs.
