  • You can send us fragmented and labelled cRNA which we hybridise to an array of your choice.

  • ENTRY OPTION 2
  • The other option is to send us labelled cRNA which we fragment and hybridise to an array of your choice.

  • ENTRY OPTION 3
  • This service takes your total RNA through the entire process of cDNA synthesis, labelled cRNA synthesis, fragmentation and hybridisation to an array of your choice.

Affymetrix supplies GeneChip® arrays in various package sizes. Therefore, you may be obliged to purchase arrays in a multiple of the package size for less frequently used arrays.
