C.elegans Finder
You can use this tool for:
- Finding the plate and well position (Geneservice ID) for any GenePair Name and vice versa.
Example: GenePair Name F33E2.4 is Geneservice ID I-6K02
Which means that the GenePair F33E2.4 is located in the Chromosome I library, plate 6 well K02.
- Finding the forward and reverse primer sequences
Please note this tool is case insensitive and well position below 10 must have a leading zero.
