bMQ Mouse BAC clone - help page

Initially access the Ensembl "Mus musculus" genome section, at the following address: http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/index.html

There are three main ways to search the site:

1. Click on a chromosome for a closer view and zoom in to the level you require.
2. Alternatively, jump directly to sequence position and input the genome coordinates.
3. Finally, go to the top right hand corner of the page and use the "search" box. Examples such as: AffyProbe, gene, or sequence may be inputted.

The following two diagrams demonstrate how you can access the DAS server and select the clone of interest:

PLEASE NOTE: All letters should be in the correct case eg "B" or "b".

Our database is examined to determine if we have that particular Bacterial Strain. If we can supply the item you will get a "Success" message when you place your order. However if we cannot supply the item then you will get a "Sorry!" message.
