Mouse MICER - search help page

Initially access the Ensembl "Mus musculus" genome section, at the following address: http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/index.html

There are three main ways to search the site:

1. Click on a chromosome for a closer view and zoom in to the level you require.
2. Alternatively, jump directly to sequence position and input the genome coordinates.
3. Finally, go to the top right hand corner of the page and use the "search" box. Examples such as: AffyProbe, gene, or sequence may be inputted.
