Human TilePath BAC clone - search page

Initially access the Ensembl "Homo sapiens" genome section, at the following address: http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/

There are three main ways to search the site:

1. Click on a chromosome for a closer view and zoom in to the level you require.
2. Alternatively, jump directly to sequence position and input the genome coordinates.
3. Finally, go to the top right hand corner of the page and use the "search" box. Examples such as: AffyProbe, gene, or sequence may be inputted.
