Vectors in the FANTOM™ 3 Set:
Different linkers were used to clone into the same vector during the library construction. Therefore, to select the correct vector, please refer to both to re-array prefix and the primers used to construct the cDNA.
Whilst re-arraying the clones for full-length sequencing, RIKEN grouped clones into sets that have the same vector and primers in common. Please refer to the following the table; clicking on the hyperlinks will display further details of the vector.
