Mouse cDNA NIA 7.4K Set
Individual bacterial clones, individual plates and complete
plate sets are available for this resource.
This mouse cDNA clone set was prepared by Dr Minoru Ko and
colleagues colleagues VanBuren
V, et al. Genome Research 2002 Dec;12(12):1999-2003 at
the National Institute on
Aging which is one of the 25 institutes and centres of
the National Institutes of Health.
Further details of this clone set can be obtained from
http://lgsun.grc.nia.nih.gov/cDNA/NIA_7_4k.html
The set has the following characteristics:
- ~ 7,404 cDNA clones with no redundancy within the set
or with NIA
Mouse 15k.
- ~ 1.5 kb average insert size for short insert clones and
~ 2.5-4.0kb for longer full length clones.
- Clones were sequenced from both 5' and 3' termini to obtain
longer reads and verify sequence. Sequence information is
available from their web site http://lgsun.grc.nia.nih.gov/cDNA/NIA_7_4k.html
- This set consists of plates numbered from H4001 -H4079
