Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) are legal agreements between the originators of resources and the recipient. Geneservice manages the collection of these documents on behalf of orignators and resources will not be distributed until the specific terms associated with them are agreed.
The completion of these documents by hand has now been superceded by on-line MTA approvals. Previous approvals have been transferred into the new system and you will only be prompted for on-line approval where necessary.
However, in some circumstances you might be directed to print out one of the documents below, authorise it, and send it by conventional mail.
